“Azerbaijan Railways” Closed Joint Stock Company provides online ticket sales services for all individuals with plastic cards for domestic and international departures.

Online ticket bookings are carried out continiously by means of plastic cards.
Online ticket bookings are available within 3 hours up until the train leaves the station.
Below operations are not applicable for online ticket sales:

- discounted ticket sales;
- free of charge ticket bookings for children under age 5 (free of charge and without a separate seat);
- ticket bookings for electric trains moving in the direction of suburbs.
You can book maximum 4 tickets online.
Vouchers of the tickets booked online and paid by a plastic card can be exchanged at “Azerbaijan Railways“ CJSC ticket offices within 1 hour before train departure by presenting an ID card. Ticket is printed and given to a passenger after checking passenger information by a ticket officer. Please be on time in order to avoid any misunderstandings. Tickets purchsed online must be used for a named person only. Please note that passengers must used a named ticket for getting on a train. Every passenger (regardless adult or children) is allowed to take up to 36 kg of baggage free of charge. Passengers are allowed to the train only after presenting their ID cards and tickets to the train guide.
Return of unused tickets
Return of tickets booked online carried out by presenting ID card and a printed ticket to the ticket offices. The ticket is returned according to /Return Policy/. Your money will be refunded to you within 7-30 calendar days in accordance with the international payment system policy.
